At Scepter Solutions we are dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning chemical supplies to our customers. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product, and we aim to streamline this process for your convenience. We maintain the right to decline returns of partially used products or items with damaged or non-original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged on all returns to cover processing, receiving, and credit card fees.

 

Additionally, we reserve the right to restrict or deny returns/exchanges based on previous return history. For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

RETURNS

 To start a return, kindly contact customer services at sayhello@mysceptersolutions.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to send the product back.

 You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted. We recommend using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returned item.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

REFUND

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund process will begin.

EXCHANGE

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request. In the event of an approved exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to you promptly, pending availability. Standard shipping rates for the exchanged item will apply.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

For damaged or defective items received in your delivery, it is crucial to note this on the shipping documentation and refrain from accepting the product. Kindly take photos of the damaged or defective item along with the rejected shipping documentation, and promptly email them to our customer service team at  sayhello@mysceptersolutions.com, We will facilitate the replacement process and arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item.
